None of the above. Scan the QR sticker on any Arcon-powered charger and you can start and pay for a session on the spot. No download, no membership, no RFID fob to wait for in the mail. Want to keep an eye on it? Ask for a session tracking link by SMS or email. The app is optional, it's there for the map, a topped-up wallet, and all your receipts in one place.

Both full EVs and plug-in hybrids are supported. If your car takes CCS2, GB/T, or Type 2 AC, it works with Arcon. Set your connector once and the map only shows chargers your car can actually use. On two or three wheels? Some operators list e-bike and e-trike outlets too.

Typical rates run around PHP 15 to 28/kWh depending on charger speed and operator. You see the rate before you plug in, and you're billed on metered energy.

Arcon is piloting in Metro Manila and select locations in the Greater Manila Area, with more locations to come as we onboard more operators.

You're billed on metered energy, so a session that delivers nothing costs nothing. Failed sessions get refunded automatically. If a charge looks wrong, contact support from the receipt in the app and we'll investigate it.

Arcon lets you use your phone as an RFID fob, so you can start a session on any Arcon-powered charger even if the operator's network is down. If the charger itself is offline, you can report it in the app and we'll investigate.
